Love your tutorials. Your photos are so beautiful. I am going to try a cushion and then maybe later on a blanket. You have chosen such delicious colors. Thank you for the pattern. Have a great week ahead.
Regards

This is nothing short of magnificent and THANK YOU sooooo much for taking the time and effort to write this up and share it! I can't wait to start this! Your photos are indeed just lovely! Many thanks for your kindness! Annette

Thank you for taking the time to put together an incredible tutorial. I've been wanting to try the invisible join but just couldn't get it figured out. Your instructions are perfect! Really like your color choices!

Thank You for this tutorial and you are awesome for sharing it too.I would like to know which kind of yarn you have used ,is it Fine or Superfine yarn.I hope i am not sounding too stupid.Thank you so much again.

Your work is beautiful, great tutorials. I came across your page from another post who had posted a picture of her completed afghan and gave your blog as the site for the tutorial. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for the lovely pattern. I am a beginner and got a little confused about the cluster stitch. the first 3 cluster stitch ended with three loops and the second with four loops. I was not sure if the remaining clusters were all four loops or if I was to continue with the first cluster in each chain stitch should be three and then four. does this make any sense. ? It may be just the first cluster is different from the rest. Thank you for any reply from anyone.

Thank you very much for the tutorial on making this square. It was so easy following your pictures. Have you done a tutorial on putting the squares together? I would like to learn how to crochet them together or however you put them together. Thank you !

Hi I'm trying to figure out how much yarn to acquire and was wondering if you know how much each square weighs or how much yarn you've used of each for the baby blanket.
kind regards
Karoline, Denmark

It really is lovely, how many different colours from the range of yarn did you use, trying to find an alternative yarn in England, as I would really like to have a go at making this beautiful blanket.

Thanks for sharing this with us. I really love the color choice, I saw that you were starting a new pattern, have you chosen yet what it will be. Shawl, would be really nice. When do you plan on teaching it. Sorry, I hope you will teach it.

Thank you for such a lovely pattern with beautiful colours. Could you inform about amount of main colour yarn required to make a blanket or is there a formula for working this out?
English directions would be a bonus !

This is just what I was looking for! I am about to finish a cushion with 'sunburst' granny's, now this will be my next project. Thanks for sharing (and thank you for the beautiful and clear photo's).

Thank you for the beautiful pattern. I really love it ,and plan to make a baby afghan. Do you happen to remember the type of border you used. Is there a name for it, so maybe I can look it up, or do you remember the pattern. Appreciate any help you can give me.

I love your tutorial!! Even your color choices are perfect. I have a problem, however, I like to have a printed pattern when I am crocheting or knitting and I can't find a way to print your tutorial. I can't have my computer on every time I am working on the project. Is there any way I can print this. Also, I just found your site and if you have any more tutorials like this one, I will definitely want them to. Please tell me there is a way to print them. Thank you so much for your beautiful work!!!!

Love this it is beautiful. Is there a way to print just the directions without all the pics as it takes up too much ink for my printer. Is there a way to print it out so that I can follow the directions without having to sit near the computer to see it? Thank you

I just found your website thanks to The Whoot. You make the most beautiful items and your color selection is perfection. Thank you for sharing your patterns. I am going to make an afghan using your pattern. Thank you again and have a wonderful New Year.

Good Morning. Just want to say Thanks for sharing this. I am new to crochet and I had no problem doing this one and I just looked at the pictures. It is so beautiful and I did it as close to your colors as I could find. I gave it to my mom for Christmas and she has it spread out on her bed. Thank you so much

top right tools menu on the screen. it will drop down. select print. scroll thru the print preview to find the last page of instructions and then choose to print page 1- whatever (so you don't print all the comments which can be pages and pages) and then print

I love your website, and am very interested at trying to create the Primevera squares to create a baby blanket. I have tried numerous times to do a copy/paste from your website with no success. I get an error message that says the "copy" function is disabled. Is there anyway to download the pattern?

love this. I think your tutorial just might get me back into crocheting as a hobby. Could you please share the technique you used to attach the individual squares and also your finished edge stitches. It gives it such a pretty ruffled lacey detail.

Love this pattern and didn't have any trouble following the instructions. But my popcorn flowers don't seem to pop out 3D like in your photographs. Is there a secret to getting them to raise up? like yours do. I've made the squares a few times and my flowers always seem to be a little too flat which I'm not happy with.

Thank you so much for the Primavera square. I was getting so bored this evening, and wanted to do something, and I thought about your Primavera, got my wool out and started to do a square or two. It went so fast, I thought that this should be my next afghan pattern to make. Since I have so many different colours, I am going to make it. Thank you so much, I had a great time making the square. Your work is so beautiful. I just wish I could do half of the patterns you have done. Have a great daynight.

I love this pattern! I have scrolled through the comments and have not found an answer to my question. I am looking to find out the weight of the yarn and how much I would need to make a baby size Afghan?
Thank you

yes, I did it. I deleted the previous one and apeared the same message. Sory!!! in my first mesage I asked you if I can film a tutorial with this granny square, giving you all the credit, and send everyone to this blog. the tutorial will be in roumanian.thank you!

I am making this as an afghan and it is so beautiful. The flowers are gorgeous. But, I was wondering if you would be kind enough to share the directions for the edging you used. I could do my own, but the one in your pictures is so perfect for this project. If you can, please email it to me at Jone...@aol.com

Hi Lindall. Good luck working out the boarder! When you do I wonder if you would be kind enough to share it? I see a few people have asked for it now. It is such a nice finishing touch for the project.

VERY well written pattern! I had ZERO issues making this square. Plan to put several of them together to make a little purse for my 5 year old! I will absolutely make more patterns from your site and would have no problem paying for patterns as well. Thank you so much for writing each step perfectly!

Wonderful pattern I started with solid white and have colors to do the others I may have overlooked this somewhere but could you tell me how many squares you need in total Thank you so much for sharing this pattern.

Thank you for taking the time to put this together. It is beautiful. I made a blanket, using your patterns, similar flower colors for an upcoming very special baby. After making the blanket to your specifications and putting on the first 3 rows of borders, I found I did not need the popcorn stitches, it was beautiful just as is. Also made an afghan throw with granny squares and used your beautiful border, again without the popcorn. Thank you for your beautiful patterns!

Successful Project Management requires the ability to forecast the estimated cost to complete the remainder of the project. Estimate to Complete (ETC) is used to calculate Estimate at Completion (EAC), which is the projected final cost at the completion of the project. Once we know the Estimate at Completion, we can establish the Variance at Completion (VAC), which tells us the variance between what the project was originally projected to cost, as defined in the baseline, versus the current projected costs at completion.

The technique for reporting and calculating Estimate to Complete in Primavera P6 is selected at the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) level. Some of these options take into consideration schedule delays and budget/cost overruns.

One of the video lessons covers Estimate to Complete. We also cover EVM extensively in our self paced advanced Primavera training course. Click here for a complete list of training available.

Critical Path Method (CPM) is the most widely used planning technique and is often referred to as critical path planning. This planning technique is used to plan and manage a Project and calculates the minimum lead time for a Project along with the possible start and end times for the Project activities.

When you have done your basic planning part of the Project in Primavera as mentioned in our article -a-new-project-in-oracle-primavera-p6/, follow the number of steps below to identify the critical path.

The filter can also be a fast and helpful way to clear your critical path. Click the Filters button to enable the critical path filter as below figure. There is also a filter for the longest path. This only shows the critical activities. (Filter>Critical>Apply>OK)

Now highlight existing activity to continue, and then select the Relationship tab and follow the four steps shown in below. To add the following dialog box, select the icon to add a sequel as the following images.
