Final Project - Details & Discussion

Greetings for the day from Venish A

We had discussion with our H.O.D for Final Project Yesterday. He has mentioned the following points. 

1.       The viva date has been scheduled on 23^rd and 24^th of this month.

 

2.       For Viva, we have to submit our IEEE paper in any one of the international conference or related. Those who have not yet submitted, kindly use the below mentioned link and submit your paper today (11-jun-2012). The paper acceptance will be confirmed within 10 days via mail. The copy of the IEEE paper acceptance should be attached with thesis.

Note: If submission link is not available try after sometime.

 

3.       Completed and corrected documents which are mentioned in the Project acceptance certificate should be submitted as a soft copy (CD) to Mr. Kumar on or before (15, 16 June 2012) with guide and HOD signature in the Project acceptance certificate to take a bind copy.  

 

4.       The completed IEEE Paper and Thesis should be uploaded to live project site for H.O.D offline verification. The comments will be posted if any.

5.       For getting CDAC Certification, Specific module should be integrated with existing project or it should be acceptable from CDAC team. To integrate the module or queries related to it. Kindly contact with Mr. Zubin & team. This process may continue even after viva completion.
