scheduling最主要的就是
1. 他的好處是什麼，獲得這些好處的時候要付出什麼樣的代價
2. 怎樣說一個scheduling的好或者是壞，priority在OS裡面代表時沒含義
3. 為什麼Linux在不同的時代會使用不一樣的scheduling algo.
4. CPU scheduler怎樣對IO做加速？
