關於這個網站的授權五花八門的，搞得我好亂呀

各位好，

最近因為工作的關係，發現了聯合國正在推廣的全球目標：全球永續發展目標的教育性推廣「全球最大課堂」網站。大家也知道，聯合國目前只有簡體中文，所以我和幾位同事想要修改他們的內容成正體中文，以方便台灣和香港的學生使用。

但是他們的網站授權讓我覺得很混亂，從這邊這個條款聲明看來，他們似乎允許部分文字使用CC-BY-SA 3.0的方式釋出，但同時他們自己又有一個叫asset license的授權方式。

當我點進去看Asset License的授權，禁止使用的段落是這麼寫的，括弧內是我理解的中文翻譯，自認蠻不通順的，但歡迎大家拿來修改讓這個授權可以更容易使人理解（因為我想貼這段內容的中文翻譯給我不一定很熟悉英文的同事看，免得他們擔心違法）——

3. Forbidden Uses: You agree that all use of the Content must be to promote the Campaign and you agree not to edit or adapt the Content. In addition, you note the indemnity in paragraph 8 and agree not to use the Content:
（3. 禁止用途：你同意你使用本網站內容物是用來推廣宣傳，且你也同意不對本網站內容物進行編輯或修改。除此之外，你也了解在第8段的indemnity並且同意不使用本網站內容）

• to make money in any way. 
  （不准拿來賺錢）
• for any other commercial purpose.
   （不准拿來做其他商業使用）
• in association with the tobacco or weapons or arms industries.
  （不能與任何菸草或武器或軍火產業相關聯） 
• in association with any illegal activity.
  （不能與任何違法活動相關聯）
• for comedy or in any way that contradicts or undermines the Campaign.
  （不能拿來用於喜劇或是其他會違反此宣傳本意的用途）
• in any way that damages the quality of the Content.
  （不能拿來讓任何劣化內容品質的運用）
• in any way that we think causes damage to any of the Brands or to any brands associated with our partners in the Campaign or to the Campaign.
  （不能拿來對任何主辦單位會對涉獵品牌、或與品牌相關的宣傳夥伴、或是宣傳本身造成傷害的事物）
• in any way that suggests we or any of the Brands endorse you or your business.
  （不能拿來背書你或你的企業）
• in any way that suggests we are granting you sponsorship rights over us, the Brands or the Campaign.
  （不能拿來表達你對我們、本品牌或宣傳有贊助商身份）
  

看起來我的本意不是想要做上述這些事情，我只是想要把內容翻譯成正體中文讓學生能夠更看得懂，所以我是不是⋯⋯可以大膽進行呀？

剛剛又發現另外一個不同的授權，在網站中這個《改革英雄》全球目標的推廣漫畫是使用CC BY-NC-ND 4.0，如果我們把它拿來做如這邊正體中文化的修改，是否違約？

看起來只有 each of the Global Goals explanations and their descriptions 是 CC BY-SA，其他你不能翻譯，因為那也是改作。

還是發個信請他們同意吧！說不定可以變成官網的正體中文版。
