TaskVine: output not returned from worker

Hello,

I'm trying out TaskVine and have a issue in that output is not returned from the worker.

My manager program is a modified version of the (C) mosaic example (which runs perfectly) so I know the problem is specific to my modification.

In my manager program three files should be returned: 0.out, 1.out & 2.out.

I'd be most grateful if someone could look over the attached code, or suggest a means to debug it.
