makeflow_monitor

Hi

I have been using makeflow_monitor for while to monitor my makeflow jobs. With the new version of makeflow, 7.3.5, it seems the makeflow_monitor does not work anymore. Specifically, I get the following error with python version 3.7.5:

    makeflows = [ MakeflowInfo(log) for log in log_paths ]

  File "/glade/u/home/wmarais/Apps/bin/makeflow_monitor", line 23, in __init__

    self.reset_state()

  File "/glade/u/home/wmarais/Apps/bin/makeflow_monitor", line 31, in reset_state

    self.tasks_total    = 0

AttributeError: can't set attribute

Should I use a different version of python?

I think I see what the problem is. I will open an issue on github and will have a solution soon.

This issue has been fixed, and the corrected version of makeflow_monitor will be included in the upcoming 7.3.6 release.
