I agree to delete it out.

The final version of by_nc_nd_thai 3.0 and  english translation have already been corrected.

2.BY-SA : For the proposed terms in section 4.2.3,I agree to correct it.

For the proposed term in section 1(3),I've checked the master (unport )license
( http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/legalcode ) and not found the terms.

The Creative Commons (unported) license,can be used and has already been included
in section 4.2.3,and you may put the links of CCL unport license at the http://creativecommons.org/compatiblelicenses 

That's why,I don't think that it's necessary to add the CCL unport license again in section 1(3).

The final version of  by_sa_thai 3.0 และ  english translation  have already been corrected.

Do you still have other point? May we start working on the xhtml files?

BY-NC-ND:

Section 4.3.3: The term "and" in the end of the first sentence (first paragraph) of section 4.3.3 can be deleted, I guess. This might only be a small oversight in the English retranslation but I wanted to bring it up.

Thank you so much for your all your time and work on this. I suggest that you amend the documents one more time and send them to me before start working on the xhtml files? The final version of the English retranslation would be extremely valuable for our work and also others who are interested in details of the Thai licenses.

Your suggestion to put the CC unported licenses in section 1(3) is acceptable and the final version of  by_sa_thai 3.0  and  english translation  have already been corrected
accordingly.

As I've mentioned before that no such term in the CC unported licenses,so it's a good idea to put the links of CC unport by-sa license at the http://creativecommons.org/compatiblelicenses 
for the former CC jurisdiction licenses to be effected and enforced as thai CC License.

Thai CC Project need your formal approval,then we'll start working on the xhtml files.

Thank you all for your exemplary efforts so far. It is incredibly exciting that the Thai licenses will be moving ahead -- we really appreciate your excellent work.

As I believe some of you may be contributing to the upcoming tasks, please allow me the opportunity to explain the steps that await us. For your reference, the steps below can also be accessed through http://wiki.creativecommons.org/International_Overview

1. Generate the XHTML files

Thank you, Arthit, for agreeing to help generate the XHTML files. The instructions to do so are explained here in detail. http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Project_leads_finalize_licenses_and_arrange_technical_requirements#Creating_the_XHTML_files

Please let me or Nathan Kinkade (also cc'ed) if you have any technical questions about this step.

2. Proofread on staging server

Once CCi has received the six XHTML files per the above instructions, we will put them on our staging server for proofreading.

As an advanced warning, the proofreading step is quite time-consuming, so I'd recommend having several "fresh" eyes from CC Thailand who could help read through each license. A lot of the proofreading will be to catch grammar and spelling errors, and as native Thai speakers, you all will be our experts and most trusted readers.

It is also important to emphasize that once the licenses are live, there can be no changes made, so it's very important that all the text and coding is checked at this stage very, very carefully.

After CC Thailand and Catharina have given their final "okays" to the XHTML on the staging server, the licenses will be ready to go live.

3. Press Release

Finally, as you may know, CCi and the Project Leads customarily prepare a press release for the launch of the licenses. As we approach a final stage of the licenses, I would like to request from a statement from CC Thailand.

The statement could, for example, elaborate on the role of CC in Thailand, its importance for local stakeholders, the team's plans for the future, etc. Having a descriptive statement from the jurisdiction team adds a great deal to the press release. 

Furthermore, will the Thai team be planning a launch event? As you know, this is not a requirement, but please feel free to send me information about the event as it is finalized.

Then, upon receiving the Thai statement and possible event information, I will work to draft the release with someone appointed from CC Thailand. It is also possible to translate the press release into Thai, so I would like to coordinate the draft and translation with the team member(s) you appoint.

The press release and a short blog post on creativecommons.org will be circulated approximately 1-2 days before the licenses go live, so we still have plenty of time for this task. ^_^

I hope the above steps sound reasonable. Please let me know if there are any questions. I look forward to hearing from the respective team members, firstly for 1) the XHTML files, and then later for 2) proofreading, and 3) the press release.

I propose that :

DLO and all CC Thailand member will help double check

I can try to help do the translation na ka if someone can tell me what's left to do.

It would be good if we can have a Thai CCL launch event -- with perhaps rep from CC International (they might have budget for this kind of thing already?) to talk about CC in general, then we can show cool movies / music / other works that use CCL, and close with some examples of how Thai CCL is being used + its potential. Art just told me about Jazz Monotone, a musician here who releases MP3 with CCL, and I have seen quite a few academic presentations  that use CCL already in various forms.

If we aim to have this event sometime early next year, it will give ourselves time to organize (and hopefully by that time the new Open Online can serve as one example of CCL-based website).

How are you? It is finally snowing here in Berlin, so I think the winter has officially begun for us. :-)

Patricia is setting aside some tshirts and CC materials for the CC Thailand team in anticipation of the completed Thai licenses. We would like to ensure that the materials reach you in time, in the event that the licenses will be finalizing and celebrated before the new year.

If the team is planning for a Dec-Jan launch, please let us know to whom should we address the package, and we will send it out as soon as possible. We can then also follow up on the final steps outlined in my previous email.
