Hi runners!  Tomorrow is the Lawyers Have Heart 5K, 10K and fun walk.  This message is meant both as a warning (the race starts and ends in Georgetown Harbor and will take up much of the river-side Georgetown area, including Whitehurst Freeway) and an invitation - that is, I have at least one extra number, maybe 2, if anyone is interested. Lucy and I will be there for the 5k, which starts at 7am. 

Next weekend I will be out of town at a conference, but after that I need to start training for MCM in earnest, and I hope some of you will join me on longer runs towards the middle to end of the summer and into the fall.  

Let me know about tomorrow if you are interested and we can work out a time to meet to grab the number.....
