Does anyone know if we have to be careful about ordering used books that don't have access codes?  I'm not sure if we use access codes, but that has been an issue for me before with Collin's prerequisite classes. Thanks.

I think for the main textbooks, online isnt needed (the Iggy book and Lehne book).  But for the clinical and the Nursing Fundamentals, I think online is probably a big part, from what I heard about how things are different for us versus previous classes.

Andy - the study guides are listed as "recommended", not "required", in the syllabi. Have you gotten any advice from previous classes about purchasing or not purchasing study guides?

I checked.  THey are useful for exam review.  The opinion is: if you have good notes from your reading (or study group), and take solid notes during the lectures, you can get by without the study guides.  A suggestion was to simply split the cost with a study group, and then it gets loaned out to a person if they ask, main use would be if you are having a hard time with a particular topic and simply eed extra questions on the topics.

I may go ahead and get the major ones to share out with whoever I study with, and because I do not want to let things get away from me - this is a major change of career for me, and probably the last time I will make such a major change, so I want to nail this.
