The time is safely noon to 5pm. 
Can anyone suggest a meeting place in Dolores Park that's easily identifiable and familiar to all + safe from Chester's?

Noon to 5pm Pacific Standard time. 
2012 CCSF Spring Graphics & Friends/Associates Class Potluck and Meetup. 

The reason: Oxygen Support Group. 

And if you're first world poor- please don't concern yourself with bringing edibles or perishables. Your wisdom and genetic traits are quite enough.
