photoshop forums and printing photos

Hey guys, 

I was wondering if anyone has ideas on a good online community of photoshop users, there seems to be a lot of them.  I'm having trouble with my layer styles for some reason, I can get to the dialog box and activate the effects but can't control the sliders for each effect.  something about CS6, it used to work for me on CS5.

Also wondering where y'all print your photos in town or online.
