I wouldn't let questions about whether you fit into this definition stop you from applying:

Freshman and Sophomore students enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a demonstrated interest in majoring in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related technical major

If you're enrolled in classes as CCSF & you're interested in this program, apply...and then they'll sort it out. In my opinion, CCSF CS/CNIT students are within the spirit of this program.
