Good afternoon CHWs and CHW Partners,

Happy Tuesday! I hope your week is going well. I'm excited to share with you all that SFCCC will be hosting our second SF CHW convening on Friday, April 3 from 1pm - 4pm at the Audre Lorde room in the Women's Building.

Attached is a flyer for you to share with relevant colleagues or staff.

This is our second meeting of a 3-part series that aims to support working CHWs by providing time and space to network, connect, share resources, and discuss issues facing CHWs and our clients.

An agenda will be shared closer to the meeting date; we anticipate dedicating some time to review Medi-Cal changes and updates.
