Hi Darouny,

 

We are looking for a full-time CHW to join us. 

We are a hybrid company and work out of our SF office as well as remotely. 

Most of our patients that we serve are currently in the Bay Area, but also throughout the rest of CA. 

This is a VERY technology-oriented job, needing to jump from multiple communication and EHR platforms. 

We hope to have someone join in full time M-F during the day hours to supplement our other 2 CHW teammates.
