Dear Bay Area Colleagues,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am helping recruit participants for the upcoming "Patient Preferred Future Workshop" taking place in Oakland on July 18, 2026. The workshop will bring together community members to share their experiences and ideas for improving the future of healthcare.

We are particularly seeking:

• Patients living with chronic health conditions
• Family caregivers
• Individuals who are uninsured or underinsured
• People living with disabilities
• Community members who regularly navigate the healthcare system

Participants will receive a $250 stipend in appreciation for their time and contributions.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in sharing the attached flyer with patients, clients, community members, advisory council members, support groups, or other individuals whom you believe would be interested and eligible to participate.
