Protocol for August 4 Dinner & Decorating

We are excited to come back together to celebrate our SENIORS and as a community we need to take care of each other. This event is for Seniors and their parents. During this time we know that our families have varying levels of comfort and many have underlying medical conditions. Out of respect for one another and the desire to take care of our Cary Christian community we need everyone to adhere to the following protocols. By choosing to come to this event if you are within 6 feet of someone outside of your immediate family a mask or face covering is required. If you are outside of 6 feet of others we ask that you be prepared with a mask or face covering. It is important that we ALL adhere to these safety protocols out of care and concern for our extended CCS family. Let’s be respectful and safe.
The entrance to this event will be on the Rhetoric school drop off side. Seniors and parents will park in the front of the school as the back parking lot will be marked off with cones. Each Senior and parent will need to check in to receive your parking space assignment. Parents will need to sign two permission forms: permission to have a car on campus and a lunch form to leave campus for lunch. Please remember nothing permanent on the parking space and all decorations must be removed by the end of the school day on Friday, August 7.
Dinner will be on the 3-5 side of the building with Antoinette Finizio’s pasta meal, Robbie Wood’s barbequed ribs grilled on site and Sassool will have boxed meals. Picnic tables will be set up on the basketball court for your convenience. On the K-2 side of the building we will have games and activities as well as the Sunset Slush cart. Remember to bring cash, credit or Venmo for that wonderful treat!
Remember to sign up for your dinner selection and Venmo Stacey Fjellman by tomorrow if you haven’t already.

MASK or face covering
Ink pen (for permission forms)
Chairs or blankets
Cash or credit card or Venmo for Sunset Slush ($4 for medium)
