Can you help with event for this Thursday?

Hi!  I am forwarding this along for Diane Hillsgrove.  Would anyone be able to set up a signup genius tonight to get us organized?  I would be glad to provide items and help setup, but don't have time to create a signup genius till tomorrow morning.

Hi Everyone,

 

I hope you are all doing well!  I am writing to you on behalf of the Senior class.  They want to hang out together this week. They are planning a dinner, dessert and games this Thursday night from 7:00-9:30pm.  This is not a school function, but they are using the school field space.  As you know, they have a full week and as I listen to them talk here at school, putting on my “mom” hat, I think they would benefit from some parental support in organizing 😊

 

 The following areas of support from us, would make their evening go much smoother. 

 

Paper products

Entrees---something for dinner

Sides

Desserts

Drinks

Set up crew

 

 

Would anyone be interested in supplying any of the above items?  You can bring the items or just send the items.  I know they will appreciate our support as this will enable them to focus on finishing strong this week.
