VISUALIZE MUMBAI IN 15 HILARIOUS WAYS

You might get bewildered by the crowd, chaos and fast paced life of Mumbai but settle into its rhythms and they'll soon be won over. You may travel from South to the Himalayas, and you will never feel the same romantic charge that you may get from Mumbai.

Yohan Wadia, a visual effects instructor at FX school, has come up with a series of visuals based on the city.

He said, “I had this perception of Andheri as a dark place. I guess everyone has totally different and whacky perceptions about places and things as children. I’m happy not to lose any of it,” While Wadala is depicted by a vada pav, a tipped over bowl of curry depicts Currey Road while Bhayander shows a bhai behind bars. “I’m attracted to word break-ups,” he says explaining, how he usually has a clear idea in his head, then sketches it out before working on the graphics. He’s also deliberately used iconic images of the city like the vada pav and a bai to portray the typical Mumbaikar aspects”. (source: DNA)

Let’s look at his series of whacky artworks based on different areas of Mumbai
