Here is a short video giving lot of assurance to seniors from the Hyderabad City Police.
There is a welcome change in Police approach to the elderly in recent years.
They collaborate with HelpAge, Tata Trust and other NGOs to help abandoned seniors.
The App they have released HYD POL-S2S is useful to know address of police stations / officers, beat police info (yet to be added), MROs' contact numbers, verification of servants / maids etc. One section gives lots of information of great relevance and use to seniors.
