Paws spay/neuter clinics

I have scheduled three low cost spay/neuter clinics at AWC. They are February 5, March 19 and April 30. The February 5 clinic is for cats only. The other two clinics are for cats and dogs. Payment must accompany the registration form and people can pay on line at the Paws website via PayPal. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis provided payment accompanies the registration form. Applications must be received one week prior to the clinic. Spaces are limited for female dogs so early is a must. If there is no space remaining for female dogs at a clinic, they are automatically carried over to the next clinic. Front desk volunteers, would you please date any applications that you take from people who walk into Paws with the registration form and payment. Please put the application and money in my drawer.
Also remember that you can access the google shared document to see if space remains for a particular clinic date. For clinics where we accept dogs, only four female dogs and a combined total of 12 male dogs/female cats are accept into the clinic. We can take an unlimited number of male cats for all clinics. The last sentence of the first paragraph seems to have disappeared. It should read: About one week prior to a clinic, those in the clinic are notified with details including drop off time, pick up time, fasting, etc.
