ccpviz UI

I'm cross-posting this message 'cause I'll give people time to migrate
to the new list (and 'cause I wanted Felipe to see it 'cause he also
suggested), but I do want to move discussion of ccpviz to it's new
mailing list.

So I added in an automatically populated valid_range paragraph:

It reads:
Time ranges from 1880-01-01 to 2011-04-01
Latitude ranges from -89.0 to 89.0 in increments of 2.0 degrees
Longitude ranges from 1.0 to 359.0 in increments of 2.0 degrees

for gistemp per Julien's suggestion.
