[SyneRBI/SIRF-Contribs] BSREM notebook improvements (PR #20)

improve BSREM example

• avoid difficulties with initial_image scale for OSEM
• add kappa image for prior as illustration
• define functions upfront
• add a bit more information on what's happening

This seems to all work fine. However, the overall penalty strength is still hand-tuned.
