cruisecontrol auto configuration build and tfs

hi,
when I do a cruisecontrol auto configuration build, and i'm integrated with TFS the folder below is updated with latest machine/projects.
D:\Builds\CCNET\Configuration\Machines
BUT folders below are not getting updated with the latest from TFS.
D:\Program Files\CruiseControl.NET\server\Machines
D:\Program Files\CruiseControl.NET\server\Projects
Please HELP
