ccnet - nant task is hanging while nant process completed

I'm using ccnet 1.6.7981.1 and nant 0.91alpha1. It's showing that nant
is running until timeout 600 seconds and turn fail.

But when i took the command line above to run it on command line
window, it takes about less then a minute to finish. So I guess ccnet
was not able to recognize that the nant process finished. This is the
log I got when executing nant in separated command line window:

Does anyone face this issue before? I appreciate any help. This issue
has been taking my time since last week.

I occasionally got this issue before and finally failed to find the
root cause. So I created a Windows Service to monitor nant (and other)
processes if they are timed out.

I figured out the issue.

I trigger the build and open Task Manager to monitor nant.exe process, I see this process is running forever. But if I run the command line, the process is closed by itself after finish. So we could conclude that ccnet was waiting for nant process finish, but it has never, so ccnet has to kill the process when timeout.

The reason is I was running the ccnet service under different account. So I have to login into that account and make sure SVN actions works properly.

The issue now has gone away.
