I attended this conference last year (along with Al Kurtz) and it was a great way to get an overview of the myriad issues related to utility scale wind development in IL. I encourage anyone interested in wind power to attend. Feb. 8, 2012 all day. It is very affordable...see the registration page linked below for details.
