Hello friends and colleagues,

We are seeking judges for the CEE project based learning class on Dec. 8 from 4-6pm on Zoom. If you are available to be a judge for some of all of that time, please add your name and email in the appropriate spaces on the google sheet here.

The student teams will make 6 minute presentations and judges have 10-15 minutes to ask questions. We are using ZOOM breakout rooms so there will be 23 team simultaneous presentations and at least 2 judges in each room. You can sign-up for a maximum of 4 team projects, which we have slotted to take about 30 minutes each. The team titles are listed in the google sheet so you can choose which projects to hear and provide feedback.

Subject: CEE190 semester project presentations

I am writing to invite you to our end of the year presentations for our project-based learning class (CEE190) for CEE freshmen next week Wednesday Dec. 8 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on ZOOM. We need judges to review up to 4 presentations and provide feedback to teams. It should last about 2 hours max and should be a lot of fun.

The student teams have defined campus/community projects that the teams defined this fall semester. The student teams will make 6 minute presentations and judges have 10-15 minutes to ask questions. We are using ZOOM breakout rooms so there will be 23 team simultaneous presentations and at least 2 judges in each room. We have 46 teams so we will do Teams 1-23 from 4:00-5:00 and Teams 24-46 from 5:00-6:00. If you are available to be a judge, all you need to signup on the following google sheet with your name and email here.

You can sign-up for a maximum of 4 team projects, which we have slotted to take about 30 minutes each. The team titles are listed in the google sheet so you can choose which projects to hear and provide feedback. We will send out a final email next week with the final e-judging rubric and zoom link for those who can make it.
