CCNet previously used our Board room for meetings. Do you think you'll want to again in the future? Just wanted to check for our calendar planning purposes in 2022. Right now I have you on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Can we set up the meetings in the EDC Board Room as a hybrid zoom meeting?  Are there technology resources in the board room that we can use like a video camera or mic?

 

That way some people can attend in person. Others who are still more comfortable attending from home can attend via zoom while being able to interact and ask questions in the chat.

 

I would also like to set up a meeting with Carly to see if we how we can partner on a CCNET/EDC joint meeting about business models for local carpenters to use locally harvested hardwoods and reclaimed wood in their projects. I would like to hear from successful shops that do this. This will take more planning, development, and marketing to a different audience than setting up a regular CCNET Thursday meeting.

I agree on the idea of setting up hybrid meetings: even if we aren’t able to see who’s attending, they would be able to see/hear the speaker, and we can monitor the chat to pass on questions to the speaker. It would be like a webinar!
