CCNCTO IS RECRUITING CHINESE SENIORS AND CAREGIVERS FOR INTERVIEWS

 

Chinese Canadian National Council Toronto Chapter is conducting a research project with research partners from York University, Ryerson University, University of Toronto and McMaster University to understand tensions in elder care among Chinese families in Toronto. This research is led by CCNCTO and funded by the City of Toronto with the aim to help policy makers and service organizations provide better and more culturally appropriate services to support elder care among Chinese families. Attached is a brief description of the study.

平權會多倫多分會目前正在和來自約克大學、懷雅遜大學、多倫多大學和麥克馬斯特大學的研究人員一起實施一個專題研究，以了解多倫多華人家庭在照顧長者時所面臨的壓力。該研究項目由平權會多倫多分會組織、多倫多市政府資助，旨在幫助政策制定者和服務提供組織提供更有效、更符合華人文化的老年贍養服務，幫助華人家庭更好地照顧長者。附件是該研究項目的簡單介紹。
