Role            :        Tibco Spotfire

Location     :       NewYork, LongIland City

Duration    :        6-12 months

 

•              Microsoft Azure (HDInsight clusters and Azure Databricks services) or Spotfire Administration or SQL Server DBA

•              Need SQL DBA with Azure experience

•              Spotfire, APS and informatica basic would be added advantage.

•              Strong experience in working with SQL Server 2012 and above.

•              Proficient in performance tuning, backup and recovery, security, patching, upgrades and high availability.

•              Should have experience in Installation and configuration of new SQL Servers.

•              Support and Administer SQL Server database instances effectively and independently.

•              Tuning T-SQL queries to improve performance.

•              Advise developers on the most efficient database designs (tables, data types, stored procedures, functions, etc)

•              Exposure to Implement database replications, mirroring

•              Proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

•              Strong communication skills are required. Must be capable of interacting with client.

•              Must have hands on experience with SQL DBA tasks and Performance tuning.

•              Must have knowledge on power shell

•              Database upgrade and Migration Good troubleshooting skills 

•              On premises database/application migration to cloud would be added advantage

10 plus

Minimum 6+ years of hands on experience working on multiple databases and sources

Create advance segmentation and report breakdown

Advanced skills on using Filter schemes and Dynamic control properties in Spotfire

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Extensive experience in all phases of SDLC & Agile Methodology.
