We are looking for an SRE lead responsible for managing the production support & SRE functions for multiple ecommerce sites (US & Canada B2C and B2B & mobile web properties).

 

Should have prior experience in running ecommerce operations

Should have experience in driving the support teams setting up instrumentation

Should have experience in driving the SWAT calls & ability to resolve the issues faster

Ability to manage senior leadership at client side & provide regular updates
