Please look at the roles and responsibility in this job profile. What benefit will MCA student get from it?

I believe, MCA guy will not get anything from this job profile. Not recommended for a training also.

I agree that somebody may be interested in such profile. But, in this case, you should also put your suggestions/recommendations, so that others can not follow it blindly.
