Our client is in need of a highly skilled .NET Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high quality, and high performance application on Microsoft technology stacks to develop and maintenance .NET applications starting from ASP.NET 1.1 with SQL Server 2000 to a state of the art ASP.NET MVC4 together with SQL Server 2008.
As a senior .NET developer, you will be responsible for whole software development processes including analysis system requirements, develop application flow and diagrams, design data modeling and database, develop, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain applications.
This person will work with a team of analysts, developers, managers, and business resources to build highly performing systems. The current
technology infrastructure is based on Microsoft .NET 1.1,2.0,3.5,
and 4.0 with ASP.NET/C#, ASP.NET MVC3/4, Web Service, WCF, Javascript, JQuery, and SQL Server 2000 and 2008 including SSIS for the database backend.
Specific Tasks:
Maintain an ASP.NET 1.1 application with Vb.Net
Maintain ASP.NET 3.5/MVC3 applications with C#
Develop a new ASP.NET MVC 4 application with entity framework 4 code first, C#, JQUERY.
Develop a WCF service with oracle database backend
Consume a Web Service
Create SSIS packages to load data from MS ACCESS/OR ORACLE TO SQL SERVER
Work with a source control and defect tracker for application promotion processes
