Tv guide no program data available

I installed Kodi on fire stick, installed ccloud tv from the official repo, same with the tv guide. Same result, no program data available for the TV guide. I've removed everything and reset the fire stick too...same thing. Is it down? Am I using it incorrectly?

I believe it's down. Nothing seems to work correctly
