Ccloud tv not showing any chanels

Hello, recenlty got new comp. windows 10, fresh install of kodi, newest version of ccloud. Addon opens ok but no channels show up. i get error message. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestion on how to fix?

Ya I was watching a channel and it started buffering bad so i exited out and when i went back all channels gone
