Newbie lost

Hi, Firstly thank you for the excellent work your doing & Secondly i'm new to all this & kodi please don't shout at me :) I've installed cCloud on kodi 18 & when i try to get the epg after the calculating approx time i get error saying 'Oops,Sorry about that! It was not possible to load programme data,Please check settings or try again later...' I've looked everywhere & can't find the settings? Could some kind soul please enlighten me on what i'm doing wrong? Thanks & Kind regards
