Roku loading issue

There was recent update make sure you update where 5 new additional servers were added however there will be still general normal load time which can take a while to load.We tried multiple methods to solve the load issue so far no luck maybe in near future it could improve. So why does it take long time to load? Well when Roku channel opens, the channel is trying to sync channels data that contains over 2000 channels after it syncs then it sorts the same data into categories where each poster and other info is being displayed for you on your Roku. Same type of data is being distribute to all of the other platforms and they have no issue retrieving large data files so after multiple attempts to solve the issue ,We came at conclusion Roku's hardware issue which wasn't meant to load large data file unlike other devices or platforms. First issue like i said above is related hardware second can be internet so if you have slow internet connection then it could even take longer to load. So my advice will be having ethernet connection over wifi for your Roku except for wifi which should help loading Roku's data bit faster. From my end i already have added 5 additional servers which should help little more to sync data. If you are still having issue, Please try to uninstall cCloud Tv Roku channel and try adding the chanel again by simply using private channel code "ccloudtv" without quotes. As of right now there are some channels that are NOT compatible with Roku and there is no way to tell which ones since each media link's server has multiple restriction/ as well as type of format for the media which is not supported by Roku platform.
