Improved language templates

Hi folks, I'm gradually improving the parser that produces the machine translated templates [nothing will necessarily improved the translations though! according to a Mandarin speaking friend some of those are fairly funny], so there's another lot on github at the moment including Vietnamese, Korean and Thai. best Hugh
