Debian package 0.9.2

Hi folks

Digest::SHA which replaces SHA1, SHA2 etc. is now a core Perl module, so I've reflected that changed in a new Debian package I've just put on sourceforge.

It also contains Datatables, used in a simple way, first of all: http://www.datatables.net/

for lists of transactions.

This version seems to go through most of the current regression tests, but I'm having a very busy summer, so tell me if there's anything obvious 'wrong'.

The other packages with this change should follow and also SHA2 should become standard because it is now in core Perl.
