Install, core modules only/SMS work/quick talk

Hi folks

Incidentally  didn't mention, Cclite should now install using core modules only, though it won't do a couple of things at the 'fringes' without extra modules. I've removed log4perl, very useful but sometimes a problem to install and configure. This works on my commodity hosting now, without any paths to non-core modules.

I'm doing some UK-based SMS work using a commercial gateway and a shortcode at the moment. If anyone else wants to try this, it'll cost a little cash [for the SMS messages sent by the system and the shortcode] but I'm happy to let others try.
