Printing to Open Office Documents

Hi folks

Happy new year. I've just added rough outlines of scripts that will print a directory and print statements to Open Oiffce [this may need to change because of the Oracle connection] documents. They are in:

They'll get better in a while, but this kind of thing isn't 'one size fits all' anyway. I've restarted this:

- the Perl modules have improved, so it's become more feasible to do this
- it's low-tech for a transition/resiliency style world, whilst there are still print cartridges anyway
