HCCI Hosts Conversation Cafes
Dear Community Members:
Hamilton Centre for Civic Inclusion is pleased to invite you to the third of a series of Conversation Cafes on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, from 6:30pm till 8:30pm, at Melrose United Church – Auditorium, 86 Homewood Ave. Our special guests are Hamilton Ancaster/ Dundas/ Flamborough/ Westdale MP David Sweet, and city councillor Brian McHattie (Ward 1.)
These events are designed to facilitate the development of a welcoming and inclusive city where diversity is respected and valued. Through a "world café" style gathering, participants from all backgrounds will share their perspectives on what needs to be done to build inclusion throughout the city. HCCI will prepare a report from each session that will be distributed to key stakeholders including city staff.
We would like to hear from you on how to move from dialogue to action.
Should you have any questions or concerns please contact Liliana Figueredo at 905-297-4694, ext 3 . To confirm your attendance please email Liliana at lfigu...@hcci.ca or, register at conversationcafe3.eventbrite.com
Please watch for more information on our spring sessions to be held throughout the city. We look forward to seeing you on April 2.
Sincerely
Evelyn
