Hi Anthony,
As a follow up to our Sunday meeting I called Yann earlier today and asked him about the status of the Chi.Bio bioreactor. According to Yann the reactor hardware is functioning. However he's been having issues getting the software to run properly. I asked him if he'd like support from someone with a software dev background. He acknowledged that would be helpful. Given your software background I would suggest that you have a convo with him to understand in more detail where he's running into snags then ascertain how to move towards a successful resolution. It may involve making contact with the Chi.Bio folks. PS: You may be aware that the Chi.Bio robotics system is python-based.

I also mentioned while on the phone with him that there was a discussion during the Sunday meeting about the timeline and different strategic ideas for successfully getting to the glargine and lispro target proteins sooner than later. He would like to be involved in the continuation of that convo.

Yann also mentioned that he apparently has made big progress on getting to the glargine target and is waiting for the mass spec analysis which should be available early next week. Stay tuned...

Hi Michael, Yann, Anthony,

Software not running properly? I'm not familiar with bioreactors, but happy to try to assist with software tasks.
