Hi Ted and CCL Leaders,

I hope you are all doing well.

I’m very willing to lead the reports and announcements for our meeting this Monday. Over the next two days, I will prepare a draft and share it with you, Ted, for review and feedback.

Regarding our collaboration with Mississippi, I have provided Andra with our latest update, explaining the specific ways we hope to support Mississippi and expressing our desire to receive their guidance and approval before moving forward. She responded very positively and said she would like to arrange a phone call with me and Mississippi State Coordinator Michael Collins to discuss the next steps in detail.

However, after I followed up on Tuesday to confirm the exact time for the call, I have not yet received a response. I have sent another follow-up message, and as soon as she replies with a confirmed meeting time, I will share it with all of you. Everyone is very welcome to join the discussion.

At this point, there has not been significant progress on the collaboration. Before receiving clear direction from the Mississippi State Coordinator, I suggest that we hold off on taking further action. Hopefully, we will have a clearer action plan before our March monthly meeting.
