grading + quiz + project2

I got a some questions about grading.

• Mid-term: 20 points
• One Final Exam: 40 points
• Project1: 20 points
• Quiz: 10 points
• Project 2: 10 points

After discussion with TA Ebtisam, we will not make Lab Exam this year because it is probable that current hardware and software are not reliable. So, Quiz will replace it and this better for students.
With Respect to Quiz you already made, it is - as you know - out of 10 points and as indicated in the grading above. I know there was a problem with time in the Quiz. We are looking for a fair solution. Just be patient, we need time. We promise to give a fair solution, although it is NOT our fault.

I will send your grades of mid-term (Sections 271 and 272) and of the Quiz next week Incha'Allah.

So, no need to worry.

We recommend students to work, and concentrate on their work, I am very confident that you will get good grades, if you follow our advices. I know that some students are making good efforts,  but it seems some other are not based on what I observe in different previous evaluations.

Project 2 will be on Simulation and Queuing Theory.

I hope this email clarifies issues for all students.
