Hi All,

WHO has launched an FP toolkit for communicating with clients digitally.
Including short SMS messages that can be sent in response to common questions about FP generally and specific FP methods.
See information about the toolkit below.

Thanks,
Mona

Dear all,

We are pleased to share the launch of the family planning toolkit and content repository for digital client-facing systems (https://www.who.int/publications/i/item/9789240111424)! This resource provides adaptable content packages derived from WHO evidence-based guidelines to inform client-facing digital tools for family planning, such as short message service (SMS), interactive voice response (IVR), chatbots, mobile apps, and social media—to make validated health content more accessible for use on digital and social media platforms.

The toolkit was launched alongside last week’s webinar series on countering misinformation in digital spaces, discussing WHO’s broader work with social media influencers and implementers shaping the information ecosystem in digital spaces. You can catch the recording here  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsZeGsnRLKI) and learn more about this toolkit here. We would also love to hear your thoughts and opportunities for collaboration through emailing SRH_inn...@who.int.

Thank you,

Tigest
