Hi All,

I am sharing this article about CCIH member Communauté Baptiste au Centre de L’Afrique (Baptist Church in Central Africa) in case you have not seen it yet. CBCA works with NGOs to equip church leaders in the DRC to talk about the Ebola virus with their communities. The CBCA, in collaboration with the Anglican church, produced a booklet that explains the Ebola virus, how it is spread, and what people can do to avoid transmission.

Misinformation about the virus has made addressing the outbreak even more difficult, and has contributed to fear and violence. Thanks to Dr. Muyonga for sharing the story and photos.

Thank you,
Kathy
