Here's an interview with CDC head Dr. Robert Redfield in the New York Times on the current Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Dr. Redfield recently traveled to the DRC and gives his impressions of the outbreak, what's not working, and what needs to be done to stop its spread.
Dr. Redfield will be speaking at the CCIH conference this June at Johns Hopkins University. More at www.ccih.org
