why i am getting * * * once while tracing For a link between Router 8
to Router 7

I guess interface between R7 and R8 is not reachable may be because it
wasn't advertise into IGP.

8.8.69.6 this Particular interface between R6 and R9 is also Not Advertised IN IGP

THEN WHY DOES IT SHOW IN TRACE ROUTE

In below trace R8 is reachable but next hope IP address in not reachable, I guess that should be the R8 to R7 interface IP.
