· 3+ years of experience as Oracle EBS developer.
· 4+ years of experience working in a team environment, that is process-oriented and deadline-driven.
· 2+ years of previous work experience in a client delivery role with direct interaction with clients.
· Strong knowledge of the Oracle Application Architecture and CRM business knowledge
· Demonstrated experience in developing written documentation for the various communications.
· Experience in Oracle EBS application.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite Release 12.
Job Accountabilities:
· Install and configure third party products/tools required for eBusiness suite.
· Work with DBA and BSA resources on a regular basis to gather business requirements for system enhancements/fixes identify and resolve system issues according to service level agreements.
· Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with internal business department to provide work status and to plan future work.
· Adhere to IT standards, change control processes and SDLC methodologies.
