Dear members

trading company purchases goods from manufacturer and exports outside , can he take ct 1 bond and if yes what is the procedure ??

Dear Apoorav,

In my view, the exporter can take CT-1 Bond. You need to approach the Central Excise Office Building (Annexe) of Nungambakkam Building.
